Facts of Increasing War Technology

Posted by: McCobb    in 911, About Us, GenCob News, Issues, McCobb

One would think by all the news publicity of how precise our new weapons are, one is surprised to find the facts on civilian deaths.

WW1 10% of all deaths where civilian
WW2 50% of all deaths where civilian
Vietnam 70% of all deaths where civilian
Iraq 90% of all deaths where civilian

Why?
If we are so precise at killing, then one would have to see killing civilians as deliberate. We must demand higher standards from our killing machine, by asking why so many innocent human beings are dieing at our hands.

It would be like the police surrounding a building that was fulled with innocent women and children being held with out their consent by terrorist, then having the police blow up the building in order to kill the very terrorist who are imprisoning the innocent. All the time having the weaponry to save as many human lives as possible, but choosing not to.

Before you or your sons and daughters go to war, remind them of the spiritual cost of taking innocent lives. It will be they who carry that burden, not the political parties that sent them. War is a very personal cost. One that is paid for by doubts and questions, visions that haunt the soul and in the end will often seem unnecessary.

What on Earth

Posted by: McCobb    in GenCob News

We often ponder life before and after the now we fimd ourselves in. You probably just did it. It is hart to imagine all that is written about history, but one realizes quickly that the history that was lost may be the very knowledge we need. How do we know that the information that we think we know about a subject like, the history of the planet, is true and accurate. It takes no real effort to discover that history is constantly being rewritten by those who are on power. So ho do we look in the past for help towards the future? The answer may lay inside the subconscious mind. People like Edgar Casey did this. We all must look inside ourselves to find our own path.

2012 Could Be Problematic

Posted by: McCobb    in GenCob News

I have been researching as many videos and sites on this subject and I think this series is the best so far. I put part two because of the secret sign and how it lings up with the Mundane Cross with the Divine Cross. This only happens every 13,000 yrs! The fact that this time line always sees dramatic events on earth, we may look at all the possibilities that can exist.

History Of Weed (careful on your assumpions)

Posted by: McCobb    in GenCob News

Here we look into a the history most of us have never thought to learn. It has become a taboo subject to talk about or even write about. People often associate the subject with long haired hippie freaks. We at Generation Cobweb want you to look at the subject with new eyes, the eyes of a student looking at a new subject for the first time. Please examine the subject for what it is…INFORMATION. That’s what we’re about. We do not endorse the use, nor put one down for wanting to legalize it. They have persuasive arguments when compared to alcohol and caffeine.watch?

Top three casualties of terrorism

Posted by: Rasputin    in Political Opinion

When asked to define pornography Oliver Wendell Holmes said, “I don’t know what it is, but I’ll know it when I see it”. The same principle applies to terrorism, you may not know how to define it but you can and should know it when you see it. It is not always something as dramatic as planes flying into buildings; often the threat of violence is just as effective as the violence itself.

I have a very broad view of terrorism. I don’t limit terrorist acts to Islamic Jihadists. Governments, religious groups or political organizations, almost every group has used terrorism in one form or another, sometimes unknowingly. It is up to us identify and resist the use of terror by any one at any time.

Recently the health care debate has driven the war on terror off the front page but that does not mean terrorism has gone away. Quite the opposite, it is increasing and becoming much more sophisticated. But this blog is not meant to frighten anyone, the more we worry about terrorism the more likely we are to be affected by it, I want to make you aware of what terrorism is so you can arm yourself against it – not with guns but with intelligence and courage. Remember, the first casualty of a terrorist campaign is common sense; the second trust, the third – freedom.
